The Justice, Development and Peace Caritas (JDPC) Awka has once again demonstrated its commitment to uplifting vulnerable groups and fostering sustainable development through a remarkable empowerment program targeted at women. In a recent initiative, over 80 women received cash gifts aimed at boosting their small and medium-scale businesses, thereby strengthening their economic independence and improving household livelihoods.
The program, which was held in St. Patrick Cathedral Awka, Anambra State, provided a platform for women from different communities to share their experiences and aspirations.
